finished inflatable tug boat (9)

The balloon does one job: it makes people notice a place they have driven past a hundred times without seeing.

Phoenix Balloon work in Phoenix

Phoenix promotions cluster along I-17 and the Loop 101. The Arizona State Fair is the date most retailers plan around. We are based here, so delivery is a drive rather than a freight quote.

Summer heat is the real constraint: helium lifts less as the air warms, so a balloon sized for a July afternoon needs to be sized for 110 degrees, not 70. October through April is close to perfect flying weather.

What it costs

Every price below is current for 2026. Plain means the balloon on its own; printed means your artwork on it. There is no quote form standing between you and the number.

Size Plain Printed
10 ft $684 $1,105
13 ft $975 $1,512
15 ft $1,258 $1,873
18 ft $1,813 $2,470
21 ft $2,561 $3,225
25 ft $4,208 $5,282
30 ft $6,772 $8,221

How it works

We size the balloon to the site rather than the photograph. That usually means asking about the wind, the anchor points and what is overhead.

Electronics and appliance retail

Big-box competition is decided in the car park. Whichever store looks like something is happening usually gets the first visit.

Schools and colleges

Open days, fundraisers and enrolment weeks all have the same problem: one day to be noticed. An inflatable goes up that morning and comes down that evening.

Franchise and multi-site rollouts

A chain opening six sites wants the same look at each. Balloons ship flat, so the identical promotion runs in six towns without six installations.

Questions we get

Can we reuse it next year?

That is the normal pattern. Stored dry and out of the sun, a balloon comes out for the same sale for several years running.

How long does a balloon last?

The polyurethane we weld is rated in years of outdoor use, not weeks. What wears first is usually the printing on a balloon flown in strong sun every day.

Do I need a permit?

It depends entirely on the city and how high you fly. Most sites under fifty feet on private property are straightforward, but ring your local planning office first.

What we build

  • Advertising blimps — Helium blimps from 10 to 30 feet, flown on a tether above the building. Visible from roads that cannot see your sign.
  • Cold-air inflatables — Ground-standing shapes, characters and product replicas, run on a quiet blower. No helium.
  • Round balloons — The classic sales-event balloon, 4.5 to 14 feet across. The cheapest way into outdoor advertising.
